The staff were very helpful. They gave tips to visit the city and was very friendly. The room was clean. It was spacious enough for a solo traveler. The location was also near the main train station.

The room was very small. I could not open my luggage fully. It was necessary to put the luggage on the bed to access it. That was quite a nuisance. The bathroom was also tiny.
